Return to OE and press the Send/Receive button to see if OE will download (i.e., check the account for any possible messages). Once there, empty the (web-based) In-box by either deleting all the messages, or save them by forwarding them to one of your (working) email accounts, and then delete the WEB-BASED In-box of all messages.Ģ. Go to your WEB-BASED In-box of the account that is not downloading messages from the server and giving you the error message. (This procedure assumes your email account has been working properly and without your making any "Properties" changes after having received the error message.)ġ.
